Washington Park Boathouse // Monday, July 4, 2022 // 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

The July 4th Celebration in Washington Park, at the historic Boathouse pavilion, a neighborhood tradition since 2003, is back after two years of the pandemic. 

The event is held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a children’s bicycle/tricycle/stroller parade at noon. The Denver Municipal Band’s Brass Quintet plays throughout the event. Also featured: FREE ice-cream; face painting; bike parade ribbons and decorations; Station No. 21’s Fire Truck; Denver Police bike registration station and more!  Bring your own picnic.

About 25 volunteers are needed to pop up the event.
