Vote on Proposed Bylaw Changes

Ballots are due November 30th, 2021.

The proposed bylaw changes were presented during the Oct. 27th WWPNA Fall 2021 Membership Meeting. Current bylaws of the Association can be found on this page.

There are two ways to vote:

  1. Electronically: Vote on your computer or mobile device by clicking this button:

2. Vote by paper: download your ballot below.

  1. If you do not have access to a printer, pick up a printed ballot at 949 S. Penn.

Submit your paper ballot one of two ways: Email a picture or pdf to: secretary@wwpna.org by midnight MST November 30, 2021. Or, drop the printed version in one of two ballot boxes listed on the ballot by 9pm November 30, 2021.

VOTING RULES: If you vote by both email and paper ballot, your paper vote will be thrown out. You must be a Voting (paid) Member in order to vote. Your membership must be in good standing when you submit your vote. Each WWPNA member over the age of 18, in good standing as of October 31, 2021, who’s name was entered on the membership form is eligible to vote. A quorum of 15% of Voting Members’ votes are needed. Proxies are allowed and can be downloaded here: wwpna.org/proxy
